Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the prohibited uses of the HTHR platform. These rules are designed to protect our service, our users, and the public from harm, fraud, and abuse.

2. Telephony & Voice Standards

As HTHR handles inbound and outbound calls, users must strictly adhere to the following:

• No Illegal Robocalls: You may not use HTHR to make calls that violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or other local “Do Not Call” registries.

• No Caller ID Spoofing: You must not transmit misleading or inaccurate caller ID information with the intent to defraud or cause harm.

• Consent Requirements: You must ensure you have the necessary legal consent to contact any lead via voice or SMS.

• Telemarketing: Users must not use the Website to send unsolicited marketing messages or engage in prohibited telemarketing practices.

• Harassment: Material that promotes harassment, hatred, or discrimination based on age, race, religion, gender, or sexual preference is strictly prohibited.

3. Email & Outreach Standards

For the HTHR Sales SDR features:

• No Spamming: You may not use HTHR to send unsolicited bulk emails in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act or GDPR.

• Personalization Integrity: While HTHR facilitates 1:1 hyper-personalized outreach, users may not use this technology to generate deceptive content.

4. Restricted Content & Industries

You may not use HTHR to promote or distribute content that is:

• Illegal: Promoting illegal drugs, human trafficking, or unauthorized financial schemes.

• Harmful: Hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence.

• Misleading: Impersonating government officials, healthcare professionals (without proper credentials), or other entities to gain unauthorized information.

5. Linking to HTHR's Site

Your site must not contain any material that disparages HTHR or its goods and services. Your site must not contain the following:

• Illegal, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise offensive or distasteful material

• Content promoting gaming, wagering or betting sites

• Instructions on the manufacture and/or use of illegal drugs, or other dangerous materials

• Material that promotes harassment, hatred or discrimination based on age, race, religion, gender, sexual preference or any other factor

• Defamatory, disparaging, abusive, threatening or offensive messages (whether aimed at HTHR or a third party)

• False or misleading information about the products and services of HTHR

6. Security & System Integrity

Users are prohibited from:

• Attempting to bypass or break the security of the HTHR platform.

• Using any automated system to “scrape” data from the platform.

• Reverse-engineering the AI models or underlying logic of the HTHR agent.

7. Enforcement

HTHR reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance with this AUP. Violation of these terms may result in:

• Immediate suspension of the AI agent's communication capabilities.

• Permanent termination of the account.

• Reporting of illegal activities to law enforcement.
